Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscription billing, cancellation and refunds work across every TYCHALOG plan.

Setup Fees

The one-time setup fee covers initial build work and is due when your project starts. It is non-refundable once work has begun, since it reflects work already delivered.

Monthly Subscriptions & Minimum Commitment

Monthly plans renew automatically and run for the minimum commitment period shown on the plan you chose (see our Pricing page for exact terms per plan). You can cancel any time after that minimum period with no further fees.

Early Termination

Cancelling before your minimum commitment ends carries an early-termination fee, reduced the further you are into the term and dropped completely once you are 70% of the way through it — see the exact figures and the free-exit month for each plan on our Pricing page. This covers the setup and hosting work already committed on your behalf.

One-Year Prepaid Plans

The one-time buyout option has no monthly fee and no minimum commitment, so cancellation and early-termination fees don't apply — once paid, it's yours.

Milestones (Custom Projects)

For custom project work billed by milestone: completed and approved milestones are non-refundable, since the work has been delivered. Milestones not yet started can be cancelled for a full refund.

How to Cancel

Email info@tychalog.com or use any channel on our Contact page. We'll confirm your cancellation date and any applicable fee in writing before it's charged.

Requesting a Refund

Eligible refund requests are reviewed and processed within 14 business days of approval, back to the original payment method.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If something's wrong with a charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. We respond to all chargebacks with the records of work delivered.
