Who We Are
QOUTPLUS, L.L.C., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. TYCHALOG and Zetix are brands of QOUTPLUS, L.L.C. Because the company is established outside the European Economic Area, personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Data We Collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, project details) when you reach out or request a quote; order and billing details when you purchase a plan (name, email, billing address, the plan and add-ons you chose); and basic technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited) collected automatically or via cookies.
How We Use It
To reply to enquiries, deliver and support projects, process payments and manage subscriptions, keep the site secure, understand in aggregate how the site is used (without cookies — see Website Analytics), and — only with your consent — improve marketing. We never sell your data.
Payments & Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that under its own PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure and privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of payment and the billing details needed to fulfil your order.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site and cart working; analytics and marketing cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown and how to change your choice at any time.
Sharing & Third Parties
We share data only with the providers that help us run the service — payment processing (Stripe), hosting and email delivery — each bound to protect it. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Data Security
Data in transit is encrypted with 256-bit SSL/TLS. We limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their job and run regular backups so your information and your project work are never a single point of failure.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — active projects and support history for the life of the relationship, invoices and billing records for as long as tax law requires, then delete or anonymise it.
Your Rights (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time — free of charge, by emailing info@tychalog.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer equivalent safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to keep your data protected.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process contract and billing data to perform a contract or take steps before entering one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); invoices and accounting records to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); server logs and security measures on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)); and non-essential cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Representative in the EU
QOUTPLUS, L.L.C. is established outside the European Union. Where Article 27 GDPR requires it, a representative within the Union will be appointed and named at this point. Until then, address any data protection request directly to info@tychalog.com; we answer every request on the same terms regardless.
Data Protection Officer
We are not required to appoint a data protection officer under Art. 37 GDPR: we do not carry out large-scale monitoring and do not process special categories of data on a large scale. Data protection enquiries reach us at info@tychalog.com.
Hosting
This website runs on a dedicated server operated on our behalf by our hosting provider within the European Union. Server log files (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) are created automatically and deleted after 14 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
Website Analytics
We measure how the site is used with our own analytics, run on our own server — no third-party analytics service and no cookies. For each page view we record the page, the referring website and campaign tags, the device type, browser and operating system, the country, and which links and buttons are clicked, plus how long a page stays open and how far it is scrolled. Your IP address is used only in memory to look up the country in a local database and to form a one-way code that changes every day; the IP address itself is never stored, and the code cannot identify you or link your visits across days. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Records are deleted after 400 days.
Image Tools
The background removal and upscaling tools in your account run entirely in your own browser. The images you open are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Your browser downloads the AI models from our server once and may keep them in its storage so the tools start faster next time; you can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

We may update this policy as the business and the law evolve. The version published here is always the current one; material changes will be flagged on the site.
